Choose “Friday Baby Explorers” on the booking page.

Again, siblings are free; just indicate on the booking you are bringing two - no need to book a second spot. If you are bringing a toddler and a baby, please book a toddler place!

Last minute bookings are ok - if the date is visible, you can book!

If you want to amend your booking, that’s ok - just get in touch!

  • Toddlers under 5 years at £20 per session

*To gain the most from the experience, your little one needs to be able to wander around the area, discovering and interacting semi-independently.

If your child is not walking, you can both still join in! We set up areas aimed at our very youngest explorers - you’ll be able to enjoy sensorial activities and the sights, sounds & smells of our woodland, as well as mix with like-minded people and their little ones.

What to expect?

An hour before the session starts, we begin constructing the prepared environment, laying out fresh experiences for your child to discover.

Your child might catch & learn about worms, paint with daffodils or see “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt” brought to life on a Tuff Tray! Each session has a different theme.

There are also permanent features that children never tire of, like our pond, mud kitchen or bug hotel.

There are moments as a group, such as Candle Time to wrap up the session, but the majority of the time will be led by your child. Our friendly staff are always nearby, helping you both make the most out of the activities scattered through the setting.

There will be a healthy snack you can both enjoy, such as fresh fruit, or fire-toasted pitta bread and home-made soup.

We also have our igloo on hand if it rains!

Our very youngest explorers are generally based in the centre of the action on our big blanket; with natural materials for them to explore and friendly faces to meet.

However, they are free to explore the site in their own way!
